		<description>As someone who is currently using your half marathon advice can I say so far its been fantastic.  Two months into training, and two months away from my race and I just did an 8 miler on Sunday!  Plus I don&#039;t feel like I&#039;m dying all the time thanks to your advice to only run thrice a week.  The only problem now is I&#039;m hungry ALL the time....argh.  Thanks for the great half advice!</description>
